Rama Al Masri has a Master’s degree in Special Education and Teaching from Zayed University, with over 14 years of dedicated service to students with special needs and learning difficulties in various educational settings both within and outside the UAE.

Throughout her career, she has been actively engaged in providing training and support to teachers. Her primary goal is to ensure that inclusive practices are not only understood but also effectively implemented across the entire learning environment. Her passion for reinforcing the inclusive ethos extends beyond the classroom. In addition to her teaching and training roles, she also offers valuable consulting services to schools and institutions. Her consulting work plays a pivotal role in assisting schools in developing the necessary policies and practices to create inclusive learning spaces that foster the growth and development of the entire school community.
